An exclusive prix fixe menu is featured along with a limited menu of only six items ($49-$60). This is gourmet dining at its very best. Entrées on the prix fixe menu vary nightly but may include the Chilean sea bass with shaved heirloom carrots and fresh ginger or the New Zealand venison sous vide finished with cherry gastrique ($110) without wine per person and ($170) with wine paring per person. From the select menu comes the delecacy of Japanese Kobe beef with potato fondant, foie gras mousse and a tawny port reduction.
