Owner Randy Smerik has made an already successful Italian restaurant Solare Ristorants & Lounge into a delightfully fun place to dine and entertain. They also offer live entertainment.
Their authentic Italian Dining Experience featured a host of homemade entrees from delicious antipesti, soups & Broths & sauces to salads, 7 pastas, 5 pizzas to 7 featured entrees plus home-made soups along with their already personalized service to create a fine dining experience.
This fun, classy and exciting restaurant offers multiple seating alternatives. You’ll definitely enjoy dinner for two or four in their private wine cellar, or sit at the “Chef Window” overlooking the kitchen for a special tasting. Watch your personal chef prepare you your made to order special meal. Equally enjoyable is dine on the terrace overlooking Liberty Station.

Solare Chef School offers hands on experience in a commercial kitchen with students creating cuisine themselves to take home. Students will cook, not watch monitors! Solare can accommodate large groups, indoor/outdoor, fundraising classes and team building events and airport close for corporate groups. Cost per student: $95, which includes educational tasting of a paired wine to enjoy with the food you helped cook!
