Solare Ristorante & Lounge is a Local Favorite Offering Superb Italian Cuisine at Liberty Station

Owner/Chef Stefano Ceresoli and his lovely wife Roberta have transformed their already successful Italian restaurant Solare Ristorants & Lounge into a new and delightfully fun place to dine and entertain. They also offer live jazz on Thursday.

Now they have added a new menu to go along with their already personalized service to make dining here even more special.

Plus, this fun, classy and exciting restaurant offers multiple seating alternatives. You’ll definitely enjoy dinner for two or four in their private wine cellar, or sit at the “Chef Window” overlooking the kitchen for a special tasting. Their new and exciting menu features more options and new pricing. It offers healthy gourmet entrées not found elsewhere. Their Specials of the Day menu features two new offerings. Delicious to say the least is the Halibut alla Livornese. It’s a wonderful oven roasted fresh local halibut delight with black olives, capers, garlic and fresh chopped tomatoes.

Also memorable is their 8-oz. filet mignon with Gorgonzola cheese and a savory peppercorn sauce, their Osso Buco, and the ravioli di aragosta, which is stuffed lobster in a creamy lobster reduction sauce.

Risotto lovers will absolutely rave about the best risotto in town! It’s their risotto al tartufo nero, which is a savory black truffle risotto delight with scallops and crispy leeks. They also offer a gluten-free menu with an impressive selection of pizzas and pastas, including Gluten-Free and Whole Wheat options.
