Appetizer Recommendations

Recommended entrees include the STACK, which is a circular stack of shrimp, mango, andavocado with taro root chips. It’s delicious. The lobster Bisque is also excellent.

Main Course Recommendations

Everything on the menu of this chart House themed restaurant is exceptional from the exquisite harbor views to the decore with a stream running thru the restaurant to the cuisine are World Class.

All of their seafood selections are fresh and perfectly prepared, especially those prepared mon an open grill where diners can view entrees being prepared. The herb crusted slow roasted prime rib is to die for, which offers three cut options: a 10 oz. Peohe’s Cut, a 14 oz. Captain’s cut, and an 18 oz. Callahan cut ($50).

Seafood lovers will be very impressed with the Chilean Sea Bass with a pinot noit reduction served with asparagus and three garlic mashed potatoes. ($53). Salmon lovers will rave over the Wild Caught Salmon.as well as the wild caught King Crab.

A true delicacy, when in season, is the fresh Mahi Mai’a, which is sautéed to flaky perfection with bananas, macadamia nuts and a touch of frangelico. Highly recommended is the amazing surf ’n’ turf roll and the citrus chili yellowtail sashimi. They also have a sushi menu and a full sushi bar..

Desserts are also a must! Featured winners are the key lime pie and the Hot chocolate Lava Cake smpthered in hot chocolate. Please note: it takes 30 minutes to prepare. So order at least a half hour before dessert. Plus, enjoy live entertainment in the summer.
