A true delicacy, when in season, is the fresh Mahi Mai’a, which is sautéed to flaky perfection with bananas, macadamia nuts and a touch of frangelico. Highly recommended is the amazing surf ’n’ turf roll and the citrus chili yellowtail sashimi. They also have a sushi menu and a full sushi bar during dinner hours only.
