Wow! Wine tasting at Callaway Vineyards just got a lot more fun. With the addition of their Meritage Restaurant, wine tasters and diners alike can now enjoy a host of delicious lite and appetizing entrées in a terraced outdoor setting overlooking the vineyards.
Their 18-item menu showcases one incredible entrée after another. Worth raving about is their fresh mozzarella and pea risotto fritters with a smoked tomato blush.
Another show stopper is the Spanish chorizo and rock shrimp-stuffed calamari with kale and polenta. And the list goes on and on! All of these delicious appetizing entrées can be paired with a special selection of wines from Callaway and other fine vineyards.
