It also has a 600-gallon fish tank showcased behind their classy sake bar. And it features over 40 premium brands of the world’s best sake. An added touch of class is their enchanting waterfall. A host of delicious dining selections are offered including tantalizing appetizers, savory salads with an Asian flair, vegetarian delights, exotic combinations and a host of over 35 memorable sushi selections. Sushi favorites include captivating spicy salmon rolls, savory cucumber maki and spicy yellowtail rolls. Popular dishes include their Maui Waui roll which is filled with shrimp tempura and crab, topped with seared albacore, avocado, eel sauce, chili oil, ponzu, green onion and masago. Also try their Happy Hamachi, which is thinly sliced yellowtail sashimi with diced onions, jalapenos, green onion and orange ponzu.

They also have a host of vegetarian selections as well as a special late night happy hour from 10 p.m. till midnight. For dessert have The Perfect Strawberry, which is a tempura fried strawberry with cinnamon toast crunchies and vanilla or green tea ice cream, or a dark chocolate gyoza.
