Vail Ranch Steakhouse 27600 Jefferson Ave., which is on the west side of the I-15 Freeway south of Winchester Ave. (951-694-1475). They specialize in serving the best aged beef you will ever taste. Plus, they have a classy piano bar and lots of great service. You’ll like this place.
