Coronado Plaza is located on the west side of the Coronado Island prominently located in the heart of “Coronado Village “ which features quaint palm tree lined streets, filled with boutiques, shops and restaurants. Coronado Plaza has 17 shops and restaurants located on two levels with a third floor of executive suites and offers under ground parking.
It is across the boulevard from the historical Hotel Del Coronado. The picturesque beauty of Coronado Island attracts over 2 million visitors annually and is located a short 15 minute drive from downtown San Diego. The building itself contains three, elevator serviced floors over an underground parking garage. Future renovation plans include lowering the sidewalk facing the Hotel Del Coronado to allow for new storefronts and enhancement of the exterior common areas.
Street parking is available and paid parking is also available at the rate of $1 for every half hour with a maximum of 2 and a half hours or
$5.00 for all day.
