A glance at their interesting menu and you’ll see great entrees like their FLAT IRON Steak touted as the best of the best on their PRIX FIX MENU. Meals begin with a complimentary glass of champagne. So, come for dinner & stay for the weekend. The restaurant is located at the historic Palms at Indian Head Hotel. The Hotel was originally built in 1947 by the Hoberg family, it was the first full service resort in Borrego Springs, snd is still a popular hotel to stay in. The restaurant bills it self as FINE DINING and it surely is as you are in store for a memorable dining experience. Ramon was our server and was a gracious, energetic server with a big smile and an eagerness to serve you like royalty. Featured on the extensive menu may be ussa bucco, flat iron steak, or filet mignon. Accompanying your meal are one absolutely delicious entree after another be it a Ceasar Salad topped with anchovies, or clam chowder soup. Even the biscuits are freshly made. The assortment of meals are all Excellent and in between your appetizers and the main course is a delightful and delicious sorbet. As you are dining and enjoying your excellent meal, take a glance around the warm and inviting room it’s easy to notice the many happy faces in a room filled with laughter. Dessert is no less spectacular and may include a frozen zone ice ball topped with freshly whipped cream. So, come for dinner at the Coyote Steakhouse and stay overnight or longer to discover enchanting Borrego Springs.
